Receiving Academic Excellence Award
Wednesday was Award's Day at Morrison. It is always great to see our students receive awards for all of their hard work because they certainly deserve it! But this year, it was even more special to me because my baby was getting awards as well. She is super smart, loves to read and is always very well mannered. I am so very proud of her love for learning. She is constantly looking up stuff online, in books and is very inquizitive. She earned the AR award for having the most AR points in her grade level, academic excellence for all A's all year long, first place in the Morrison Ruritan's Patriotism Photo contest, and most importantly TOP STUDENT in her class! She worked so hard all year long to get these awards and we couldn't be prouder!

Auntie is soooooo proud of you;) Salem did pretty good too, & I almost had a "stroke" when Ms. Southard announced his name for the Alg. award!
I guess it DOES run in the family;), that and all the good looks;) Really, I mean really:)
